To add Tokos Contracting, LLC to a bid list for a public-works project, send plans-and-specs by email or mail to the office address. The standard turnaround on a sealed competitive-bid form is the public-procurement window required by the public body.
The company bids under the New York State Department of Labor prevailing-wage classifications: Carpenter, Building (Journeyman); Carpenter, Drywall Applicator; Painter, Brush/Roller/Spray. Other classifications are bid case by case.
Certified-payroll administration is handled in house, submitted on the cadence each public body and the NYS DOL require, with EEO and apprenticeship-utilization tracking.
