Tokos Contracting is focused on commercial construction, new ground-up commercial buildings, restaurant build-outs, mixed-use renovations, façade and historic restoration, and tenant improvement. The company is also an active New York State Department of Labor prevailing-wage public-works contractor on schools, libraries, and municipal projects, and runs a residential book for custom homes, additions, kitchens, baths, and insurance restoration.

Mike Tokos handles estimating, scheduling, and on-site oversight personally. The crew runs every trade, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finish, under one general contractor with one site superintendent. The same standard runs every job, whether it’s a school-district carpentry trade contract or a homeowner addition.
